Publication Ethics Policy

The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of work of the author and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior. Publication Ethics Policy contain below step-

  1. Authorship of the paper
  2. Originality and plagiarism
  3. Data access and retention
  4. Multiple, redundant or concurrent publication
  5. Acknowledgment of sources
  6. Disclosure and conflicts of interest
  7. Fundamental errors in published works
  8. Reporting standards

For all parties involved in the process of publishing (authors, Editorial Board, and reviewers), it is necessary to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior. To guarantee high ethical standards. IJPESAS expects all the authors  to commit to International  standards.

(i) For Authors:

IJPESAS does not require all authors of a research paper to sign a letter of submission, nor does it impose an order on the list of authors. All authors who submit to IJPESAS  are supposed to observe the international standards for authors voluntarily.

  1. Authors must certify that their manuscripts are their original work. Plagiarism, Duplicate, Data Fabrication and Falsification, and Redundant
  2. Publications are forbidden.
  3. Authors must certify that the manuscript has not previously been published and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.
  4. If the authors have used the work and/or words of others, the authors must ensure that the work and/or words of others are appropriately cited or   quoted and identify all sources used in the creation of their manuscripts.
  5. When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the Journal  editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
  6. Authors must notify IJPESAS  of any conflicts of interest.

(ii)  For Editorial Board:

All type of Editors and Editorial Board are required to follow the international standards for Editorial Board:

  1. The Editorial Board must keep information pertaining to all submitted manuscripts confidential.
  2.  The Editorial Board is responsible for making publication decisions for submitted manuscripts.
  3.  The Editorial Board must strive to meet the needs of readers and authors.
  4. The Editorial Board must evaluate manuscripts only for their intellectual content.
  5.  The Editorial Board must strive to constantly improve their journals.
  6. The Editorial Board must maintain the integrity of the academic record.
  7.  The Editorial Board must disclose any conflicts of interest and preclude business needs from compromising intellectual and ethical standards.
  8. The Editorial Board must always be willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed.

(iii) For Reviewers

Reviewers of IJPESAS are also expected to meet the international standards for reviewers when they accept review invitations.

  1. Reviewers must keep information pertaining to the manuscript confidential.
  2. Reviewers must bring to the attention of the Editor Board any information that may be a reason to reject publication of a manuscript.
  3. Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts only for their intellectual content.
  4. Reviewers must objectively evaluate the manuscripts based only on their originality, significance and relevance to the domains of the journal.
  5. Reviewers must notify IJPESAS of any conflicts of interest.
