These are the attributes that mark people excel : whose relationships flourish, who are stares in the work place. The\u00a0 aim of \u00a0study was to find out the emotional Intelligence of adolescent girl\u2019s personality type. A sample of 120 girls equally of all faculties-Arts, Commerce and Science was taken on random basis as moderating variable. \u00a0The results of the study revealed\u00a0 the\u00a0 significant differences in Arts and Commerce and Science in their emotional intellegence.
